Supreme court in Nepal has given verdict of rejecting the dismissal of 8 senior military officers recently by the Government. Seeing this judgement, it proves that advice given by India to lotus flower Dahal Mr. Prachanda Prime Minister of Nepal  was of cleverness and of friend ship nature. Mr. Prachand had taken the decision of  dismissing senior military officer while he was a prime minister. India had told to Mr. Prachand that decision taken by him, was wrong, other apposition  party in Nepal took the same stand. This resulted in resignation of Mr. Prachand. Maoism in Nepal is always acting against in India. They are blaming the India for their own wrong deeds. Advice given by India to Mr. Prachand was found to be suitable. Because Mr. Prachand role was not in favor of judgment.
His & Maoism object was to recruit their own men in military forces. They wanted merger of Maoist forces with military forces of Nepal. Mr. Prachand had advanced one step in that direction. Mr. Prachand should have waited for the judgment of supreme court before dismissal of military  Chief general of Nepal, Mr. Rukmangad. But he made a hasty decision. In such situation patience is needed, as told by India.Nepal President Ram Buran yadao  and other political party was of same opinion as that of India. In that Nepal’s (good will party) Sadbhavana party which was supporting the government, had withdrawn support of Maoist government, led by Mr. Prachand due to which Mr.Prachand had to resign the post. Although this is a win of India’s role, but India should not give support for increase of military role in Nepal’s politics or for making military active in Nepal’s politics. Specially it will not be favorable to give support to the military against legally elected populist government. It will not be affordable to India.
Tripartite treaty:- It is also important and necessary for India to remain alert regarding political scenario & happening/ incident in Nepal. Since agreement made regarding inclusion of Gurkha personnel in Indian military in 1950, interest was created regarding political situation in Nepal. The Agreement was made with ruling king in Nepal. As long as king ruling was in existence in Nepal, people of Nepal were regarding the king as a incarnation of god Vishnu, till that time there was no problem. But there was increase in concern/worries for India as there was a increase in preeminence of Maoist in Politics & Maoist reaching a stage of acquiring power in Nepal.
Question such as Gurkha youth joining the Indian army as per 1950 agreement, will they have effect of Maoist thoughts on them, was scare crowing for India. Ultimatum was also given by Maoist organisation for canceling the treaty. This treaty is tripartite. Third party in this agreement is great Britain. This treaty had given permission to gurkha youth of Nepal for joining in Indian & British military force, and giving them all benefits after retirement. Britain has already reduced the recruitment of gurkha youth in its military force. But still India has continued the recruitment of  of gurkha youth. There are about 50 thousand gurkha youth from tribal caste and sub caste of gurkha from Nepal in our gurkha regiment.
If politicization of treble caste & sub caste would have been  started  and if special  Maoist caste would have been created then India would have to concern regarding this. Because of this only India is keeping watch on this events in Nepal. India was taking care of gurkha youth recruited in Indian force, during the continuance of agitation by Maoist so that Gurkha youth recruited in Indian army, should not have effect of Maoist on their self confidence and their behavior. But Majority of people in Nepal have now influence of Maoist, there could be possibilities of their effect on Gurkha youth recruited in Indian force.
In addition to that China is also eager to recruit Gurkha youth from people liberation army. Some year ago, they had also expressed desire to do so. India had shown its apposition to that. India criticized the China move. Without understanding the essence of tripartite treaty between India, Nepal, & great Britain, china is taking step in that direction. But by this China had clarify its object.
Now Maoist had given priority for making changes in military force of Nepal. This was the cause of concern for India. In Nepal, government had included Maoist persons in military team for national game competition. To this 8 military officers raised the objection. Then government dismissed 8 officers from service. That had given rise to the dispute.
Weapons from Maoist persons which were included in military team were removed from their possession and those Maoist persons were kept in military bases under the supervision of UNO force. These Maoist were reported to be included in Nepal Military.
In Nepal itself, people have expressed their concern regarding this. It was being talk of making Maoism of Nepal Military. Due to this sharp criticism arose from military and naturally apposition party had raised this point. It is necessary to understand the Maoist action. They have removed 8 officers at a time and military chief general Mr. karval from the service. Because of this uneasiness was created among the officers of Nepal royal army. Senior rank officers were shocked. On that occasion, CD was released. CD contains the picturisation showing the way of how Mr. Prachand ex prime minister was making an effort of recruiting 18000 to 36000 Maoist youth in Nepal military. Due to such type of sleight of hand, it was impossible to create a political stability in Nepal.
Mr. Prachand & Maoism is inclining towards China. Similarly China is also taking them in its fold. China is also promoting them secretly about India-Nepal border. This is a situation in Nepal. Nepal is  marching towards democracy. ( Nepal is heading towards democracy) Maoist who were of cruel agitation tendency since many years, have ultimately succeeded in entering the election fray. They have established/formed coalition government in Nepal. But they could not hide their intention. They wanted to create Maoist thought of footing marks over the people of Nepal. In such arising critical situation, India played a role due to which, Mr. prachand had to quit the office.

Progress made by India & China and both are emerging as economic supreme power, is being discussed particularly on western broad casting media. Economic growth rate of both these countries remained on ascending side. Foreign capital investment in both these countries is increasing. In all there is a expansion of middle class market. Some western experts are stating that future of Asian countries are very bright.
International Magazine named Foreign Policy has published the report in the month of July & August which has given shock to the general understanding regarding emergence of Asian countries as a supreme power.
Opinion has expressed in the analysis report that emergence of Asian countries as a economic power is only a illusion, and no body in near future will take a place of over all Supremacy of America. ‘Minzin Pai ‘ diligent person from institute of Karnegi endowment for international peace in America did this analysis. He had expressed the opinion that center of power is not moving from west to east. He further stated that there exits a big gap of economy and military base between western & eastern countries. There is a 30 % of share of Asian countries in total world production. But since population in Asian countries is far much more, GDP growth rate per person is 5800 dollar. In America it is 48 thousand dollar, although growth rate in Asian countries is better than America, still average income per person in Asian countries is  far less than America. To achieve this average, China will require 47 years & India 123 years. “Goldman Sachs” had published the report that china will over pass the America in 2027 and India in 2050 in respect of economic income. Pai further state that average per person income in Asian countries is basically very less, due which even if there is a increase two or three times in income rate, there is ultimately increase in growth rate. Political instability will be harmful to Asian countries. Attention is also drawn towards increase in proportion of higher education and research in India & China. But Pai has given numerical data in this regard. In 2008, 92 thousand patent has been granted to American people in America. In comparison to that numbers of patents which Japanese got is 37 thousand and numbers of patent which North Korean researchers got is 8731 and in this competition China & India are far behind. But every year about 350,000 engineering students from India and about six lac engineering students from China are completing their engineer graduate courses and gets engineer degrees where as in America 7500 engineering students gets the degree of engineers in America.
Although India & China do have their supremacy in this regard, but in respect of quality they are far behind.
As per report submitted by Makenzy, multinational company, presumes only 10 percent engineering graduate from China and 25%  engineering graduate from India are as employable where as in America it is 81%. Report also further mentioned that, name of not a single universities from Asian countries is included in first ten of top most universities. Similarly in last 30 years, only 8 persons from Asian continent  that too from Japan had received the Noble price from Science faculty. In this way by doing such type of comparison, slit has been given to the concept of emerging Asian countries as a power .

Without defending this proper arrangement, Country like India should follow the true path of progress.

In 1973, there was a war between Israel & Arabian countries. At that time, decision of non export of oil to the America by oil producing & exporting countries was taken. Oil producing & exporting countries initiated this step as America supported the Israel in the war. This events led to the formation of pressure group of Industrialist & developed countries in global politics.
at that time rich & developed countries came together to look after their own interest. From that G8 had been created. 35 th conference of G8 countries was held in Italy recently. This conference had got special importance due to many reasons. This was the first conference after holding of post of president of America by Mr. Barrack Obama.
This is also one of the reason, among many. Not only in America but leaders of many countries believes that Obama will bring back auspicious period of peace & prosperity. That, time will show, weather he will accomplish the same. But in this conference, particular one new point regarding geopolitical existence in modern world came to light. That point is, if there is no support from developing economic establishments in the world, then authority of group of other industrialist countries like America, becomes ineffective. Industrialists countries have now realised that they became rich only due to uneven & faulty distribution of natural resources. They have one sided view regarding ( Change in weather condition) climate change, food security and there is every possibilities retaining the same in coming period.
Big Industrialist countries are now realizing that they should include the countries representing 80% population of world by expanding group 8. Concept of expanding G8 to G14 had been placed in the conference, specially countries like India, china, south Africa, Brazil, Mexico, Egypt,  whose economy is in developing stage, should be included in G14. This views were expressed in the conference. Now big developed & industrialist countries have now realized that they can produce the goods of various type but they need the market of countries like India & china for for their consumption sale.
Plan regarding change in world climate: There was a discussion regarding changes in world climate in the conference. from this one point is observed that this point of weather change is not only remain the subject for scientific research, but it became the main point of global politics. Further development in global weather changes will depend on political turn which this subject will take. There was a unanimous consent of all the members regarding the necessity for checking of rising global temperature and proposal was also put up regarding putting of  strict restriction on release of carbon in the atmosphere from the industries, Developed countries should reduce emission of carbon by 80 % and remaining world should reduce the carbon emission  up to 50% as suggested by group 8 countries.
Increase emphasis was given on necessity of taking steps on such long term planning in the conference. But India expressed the view that this is a very long term planning and in this regard immediate steps are needed to be taken . for last few days, developed and rich countries has created a illusion that vastly developing countries like china & India, moving towards industrialization are playing a main role in increasing the world pollution. They are suggesting that these two countries should reduce the carbon emission. But such forcibly step can not be implemented by stopping the process of development.
India got success in making the world understand this point. So instead of giving any firm commitment regarding carbon emission, all countries treated this conference as a preparation for the subject which is going to be discussed in conference to be held in Koppel hogan in December. There was a unanimous consent between the G8 countries & other 40 countries on measures to be taken regarding food securities as suggested in Lanakila conference that is only the main result of G8 conference. It was also decided that twenty billions dollars should be invested for rural development in poor countries during next three years.  Proposal was also placed in the conference that subject of agriculture should be brought on international agenda. Various countries should cooperate with each other on the subject of agriculture and food security. Leaders of G8 countries had pick up this point unanimously. India had stated independent policy regarding its role on proposal of prevention of rising global temperature and carbon emission. But doubt has been expressed regarding assurance given by India in reducing the carbon emission in future.
Dr. Manmohan singh, prime minister of India, discussed with British prime minister regarding case of Eco friendly technology by developed countries and suggested that separate treasure should be created for that considering industrial base and industrial technology, occasion of use of eco friendly technology can be a new opportunity for industries in India,  Looking towards the response which policy of Manmohan singh was getting in the conference, it surely reminds, economic progress made by India which was being given attention by world community specially in the period of recession, existence of economic growth is being felt allover. India has also places its views regarding problem of terrorism in G8 conference. India had again brought it to the notice of G8 countries regarding existence of Pakistan,s support to the terrorist organization. Now Pakistan President Mr. Zardari has clearly given his confession that Pakistan had adopted the policy of helping terrorist organization for working against India. Although India had placed its complaint in the conference regarding this. But India should have tried to use this platform for asking other countries to put up the pressure on America for stopping of aid to Pakistan.  In India’s views most worried question is the stance taken by America regarding nuclear policy. Separate view of democratic party under the leadership of Obama, has been disclosed. Republican government under the leadership of Bush, had signed the nuclear treaty with India, after completing all the formalities.
But that is not the case with Obama administration. this has been disclosed in the conference. Before implementation of all the provisions in the treaty, Obama administration, seems to put up some additional conditions. Nuclear supplier group had given consent to supply nuclear material to India. But now it seems, in this obstruction is being placed. G8 countries has now taken the stance that supply of uranium and knowledge of its reprocessing should not be given to those countries which has not signed Nuclear nonproliferation treaty. G8 countries has suggested that all countries should sign nuclear non proliferation treaty and nuclear test prohibition treaty.
Only one country that is India which has not signed nuclear non proliferation treaty was present in the conference of G8 countries. Reason behind raising this question, was only to put pressure on India. In short this conference was very good at the levels of discussion. But it did not have any result from point of view of implementation. Members countries took part in discussion on the rising of global temperature with esteem enthusiasm. No other step is taken except to pass resolution that global temperature should not go beyond specific limit. Only some measures to be taken, were suggested, regarding world food securities. Some warning , high alert were given regarding terrorist danger as usual, and nothing else yielded. LAAKIRA earth quake ridden zone was selected for holding of conference so as to have its implication all over the world but nothing has come out which could have implication all over the world.

Wide spread discontent was spread throughout the Iran. as soon as Mahamood Ahamadinad  had been declared elected as president in recently held president election.
At many places people came on the street. In capital Tehran, demonstration were held in big way. They had taken murderous turn. Seven people were killed in police firing. Catching & seizing were started by police.
Brother of ex president Ayatollah Khatami was caught, who is a supporter of apposition candidate,Mir Hussain musavi.
Re election has been demanded by apposition alleging misconduct in election. Election Process in Iran  is some what different. Candidate has to take approval from council of Guardians. Every candidates as per vilayat alfawe, religious established truth Rahbar that is religiously in all ways, supreme Ayatolah Ali khamani, has to approve/agreed supremacy of Khomani.
Council of guardians had disqualified 400 candidates. They had approved only four candidates for election, present president Ahamadijad, ex prime minister Mr. Husain Musavi,  Ex president of Majlis house of people’s representative Mr. Mehadi Karubi,& ex leader of revolutionary military personal Mohadi Rezai. President Ahamadizad is a fundamentalist. He has a support of khemani. In his apposition, if three reformist candidates were allowed to contest, then there will be a division of votes amongst reformist voters and that was the object behind that. But how will such type of conspiracy remain hidden. It has been already fore casted that there will be a possibilities of misconduct/ corruption in election by Khomani supporters of Maulavi.  There is a provision in Iran that if any of the candidates do not get more than 50% votes in the election, then reelection is held between first two candidates. Because of that re election will be held, Musavi & supporters of Musavi were hoping that in second round, sizeable & effective public opinion can be created against Ahamadizad. But in reality it did not happened. and Ahamadizad was elected with majority by obtaining 62-63% of votes and musavi got only 33.75% of votes. Due to which supporters of musavi are showing their discontent over the election result.
Due to some events before the election, expectation of apposition specially  Musavi were increased. Personality of two main opponents Ahamadijad & Musavi are very apposite to each other.  Ahamadijad  is a fundamentalists having support of Khomani where as Musavi is a social reformist and has a support of Khetami. Musavi belongs to turkey race and is an artitect graduate and famous painter. His wife is also a painter and professor. She had taken part in election campaign by breaking tradition in Iran. Musavi has been benefited by two ways. He got support of Azeri racist and due to his wife’s campaign he got support of women voters.
Iran is known as a Muslim fundamentalist country. Women there in Iran have special status in society. Similarly women role is seen in majalis. Because of this, musavi was benefited by his wife’s campaigning  in the election. Before election, there was open discussion on T.V between Ahamadizad & Musavi.
In that musavi has strongly criticised the regime of Ahamadizad, Musavi had prominently given emphasis on bad condition of economy in Iran, rising unemployment, increased in prices of commodity and policy of not giving opportunity to women and declining image of Iran in world. Ahamadizad had made an effort for bringing restriction on media, looking towards popularity of Musavi. He had put up limitations on foreign media broadcasting/ papers & movement of foreign news reporter in Iran. But their efforts went waste due to advanced in information technology like T.V., mobile Phone, & Internet, blog, They made them impossible to impose the restrictions.
On this background, Ahamadizad got 62% of votes. It is now being mentioned openly that he has got votes due to illegal means. But apposition is not only protesting but also demanding reelection But all controlling authority, Ali khameni, do not agree to this. Councils of Guardians has also declared that there will be no change in election result of president post declared on 12th June. So there seems to be two groups in Iran. First group of present president.  He has support of government machinery, religious high command, and traditional minded people. Second group is of Musavi reformist group. It has a support of educated people and women. Leaders like expresident Iyatollah Rafsanjani and mahmad khetami are also supporting the reformist group.
Hence it is very difficult to predict which group will retreat. But Khamani & Ahamadizad takes the strict step with the help of government machinery and decides to suppress the agitation of apposition then it may take murderous turn and coming time will be very difficult and will observe the hard test. Image of Ahamadizad is disputed one in western countries. Due to which if reformist and development oriented president would have  been elected, then western countries would have felt comfort. But they can not interfere in Iran. Ahamadizad is safe as long as he has a support of Iyatollah Khomani. even if apposition leads numbers of demonstration.
But Khomani can not neglect the apposition. He can not avoid apposition angle of view. Up till now demonstrators, there have shown restraint. Women supporting the Musavi have also observe the rule of “chador”. In addition to that people have respect for khatami & Rafsanjani. Again Rafsanjani is president of Rahbar only one committee which can take objection on the working of Khamani. Due to which they can give contumelious treatment to the demands of apposition.
Not as it is situation:-  This election has peculiarity, after 1979, apposition is getting general support of people. Media has become strong due to advance in information technology. This disables the ruler from destroying apposition in Iran. In such situation  what will happen in Iran? what will be the future of this country?
It is not possible for government, council of guardians, religious authority of Iyatollah khemani to withdraw as election result has already been declared due to which Ahamadizad will continue to remain president. Demonstration of apposition will be brought under control slowly. But neither situation will come to previous level/stage nor as it is level will occur.
Ahamadizad will have to maintain restrain in his working condition particularly in the foreign & economies policies. Fundamentalism in Iran will be under control due to this election. Fundamentalism will play an mild role but this will be undeclared result.
There was a revolution in Iran in 1979 and face of staunch Islamic supporter came before the world. After that in other countries organisation like Taliban and Alkayada of Islamic fundamentalist came forward.  Fundamentalism got careful protection. This is main reason in the growth of terrorism of staunch supporting Islamic group. There is a possibilities of having effect all over the world. If religious group leaders of Islam in Iran becomes mild, if it happens in today’s unstable Iran, then not only Iran will be benefited but whole world. Because of this it is necessary that India should help this friendly country as much as it can. India can make way easy for other country also. This is an opportunities and challenge before India. For this India should keep strict vigil/ minute watch on struggle in Iran and how it takes the turn.

When North Korea performed its first nuclear test in 2006 without paying any heed to world, for the first time, globally North Korea was criticised.  Again when North Korea performed nuclear test second time, At that time American President Mr. Barack Obama expressed his worries about it.
Without giving any attention, North Korea is giving threat of third nuclear test.  In reality if it happens, one will have to observe in which words, world will express its worries.
After every daring steps taken by North Korea, world is expressing its worries in mentally disturbed words. It means that world can not do any thing except doing verbal castigation. After last nuclear test carried out by North Korea on 25 th may. Japan, South Korea, America, United nations were jointly discussing penalize action to be taken so as to prevent & restrict the North Korea from its further activity.
Option of military action against North Korea at present can not be carried out.  After Nuclear test by North Korea, United States organization had imposed economic sanction against it. But that country did not surrender to that. That means that option of restrictions are insufficient. Still after that, after second nuclear test carried out by North Korea, UNO had issued orders regarding search of North Korean ships carrying intercontinental Missiles which has lead to increase in rudely behavior of North Korea. and had given warning that Korean peninsula had reached on threshold of nuclear war. As per new order ships of North Korea will be searched out and if it happens, then there will be a war. Such type of threat has been given by North Korea. From this it is very clear that It has become difficult to prevent the country like North Korea Which has become isolated through restrictions.
Many may ask the question that what North Korea ultimately want.  Why that country is continuously using language of war.
Two reasons for rude behaviour.
Two reasons have been told regarding rudely attitude of North Korea. First is connected with its internal matter. Keem jong second (II) is chief of North Korea. He has become very old now, even in his old age, he wants to show that he has a strong hold on its administration. At the same time he wants to transfer the power to his 26 years son Kim Dongwoo, and to make this transfer of power easy, there is a need for creation of nationality desire among the general public so that people will not raise the question regarding the transfer of power.
To prove these both aims, they are using language of war and to support it they are doing nuclear test. Second reason is international. North Korea is giving warning to American President Barrack Obama who recently came to power, so that he will take North Korea seriously.
Nuclear secret of North Korea has gone beyond its solution. Since 2003 America, south Korea, Russia, and China are negotiating with North Korea regarding nuclear matter. They were unsuccessful. In 2007, way out remedy was in sight. At that time in lieu of fuel, North Korea had shut down its main nuclear furnace. After that America had removed the name of North Korea, from the list of countries which are supporting terrorism. But last year on the ground of fuel supply, relation between two countries were strain, although there seems to be truth in these both reasons but second reason is more logical.
One thing is sure, looking to North Korea nuclear program, that North Korea wants more Nuclear weapons. Nuclear test carried out by that country in last month, was more powerful than previous one. In previous test, less than one kilo ton of nuclear matter was exploded. But in Nuclear test of 25th may, Nuclear matter exploded was of 20 kilo tons. Tremors which land surrounding the explosion, felt was of 4.7 rector scale. This is as claimed by earth quake scientists.
North Korea by these tests has shown its nuclear capabilities to the world. In addition to that North Korea has also claimed that it can make a Atom bomb equivalent to the capacity of bomb which was exploded by America on Nagasaki city(Japan) during world war two.
It is presumed that North Korea should have plutonium stock, sufficient to make half dozen Atom Bombs. To support this, It has initiated program for procurement of Uranium stock. From last few years, North Korea has started investment in nuclear technology. That has also made progress in launching of nuclear missiles technology. Missiles Launching program is also remarkable in North Korea.
After nuclear test in last month, it has carried testing of short distance missiles. Before that it has carried out satellite test.
After that international organization registered its sharp protest. They have criticized the North Korea. By these tests North Korea has shown that at what stage they have reached in satellite and  missiles technology.  North Korea has succeeded in showing that its missiles, not only can target its nearing country like Japan and south Korea but also America.
North Korea is claiming that America has kept its 1000 nuclear missiles targeting North Korea which has created the danger of nuclear war against it. But division of American military forces at Seol had rejected their claim. America said that as an act of cold war in 1991, Nuclear weapon had been withdrawn from south Korea.
Role of China:- Role of china in this regard is also Important. Proposal for imposing of restrictions on North Korea, when put before united nations organization, at that time china did not appose but agreed for imposing of restrictions but with some conditions.  Important thing is that china has given support to the imposition although on some condition, cause is that China is always supporting North Korea. Similarly china has helped North Korea in development of its Nuclear & Missiles weapons. But china knows that if given such support to North Korea, may go against its interest.

Increase in rudeness of North Korea, will lead to increase existence of military forces of America in that region. Similarly Japan will also go nuclear way showing finger towards North Korea and this China do not want it. India is not directly related to the problem of North Korea. But India has to take a note or care of such power of instability in Asian region. It is said that Pakistani Nuclear scientist Dr. A.R.Khan had helped the North Korea in development of its nuclear capacity through illegal means.
North Korea is doing the business of weapons due to which India has to keep vigil and remain alert. Similarly India has to remain cautious about increase hold of China on its neighboring states.
In this way, North Korea has given challenge to the whole world. King jong of North Korea knows well that retaliatory military action will not be initiated against him.

Britain Prime Minister Garden brown’s post came in danger. since one month political hurricane roaring around him, has taken form of whirl wind. There are indications that he will have to resign before election which is to be held in 2010. There is a discussion about name of present health minister Mr.Johnson replacing prime minister Gordon Brown. Even if prime minister is changed, there will be no such or possibilities of labor party  regaining power in coming election. It has been fore cast that that David Cameron leader of royal  party may become prime minister after election.

Mr. Brown has taken power from Tony Blair two years ago. Tony Blair had to leave the office of prime minister as he had supported the policies of American President George Bush regarding attack on Iraq and doing his consular ship. Mr. Garden Brown who came in his place, has caught in triplicate net.
Three main reasons are:- 1) wave of recession in Britain 2) Corruption spread among members of  Parliament.3) retardation of labor party in election of European Union.  One more reason is that wonderful victory which extremist rightist party got. While this changes were happening , Half dozen ministers from his ministry, had submitted resignation one by one alleging him. Due to which he had to make changes in his ministry.  52 members belonging to labor party in house of commons are making efforts or trying to get membership of house of lords presuming that labor party will not come to power in election which will held in 2010. Some members of labor party has also started signature campaign for resignation of Mr. Brown.
In Britain’s  house of commons, there are 350 members of labour party out of which, if 70 members of labour party demands his resignation, then only party can decide selection of leader in place of Mr. Brown. Extreme rightist party in countries like France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, got success in election. Voters in countries like Cyprus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Hungary, Zeke republic, casted their votes in favour of ancient views holders party. Only in Portuguese and Greek, leftist party remained in fore front.
Parliament election of united European are held in straw burg(Germany) and Brussels in Belgium. European union will have long term effect of election. European countries have maximum effect of American economic recession. Many member countries of European union are looking towards the concept of united Europe with doubts.
There is no doubt about hard work which leaders of European countries, will have to keep them politically, socially, economically, and mentally united.

Powerful country like America has stricken with recession & unemployment. Firstly Mr. Bush & then Mr. Obama government is taking steps to bring America out of this serious economic situation. SDR is a child of international monetary fund organization which is under the control of America by hereditary. Price of SDR is fixed on the basis of price of Dollar,Euro,Yen, and pound currency. SDR is becoming famous. Statement of chief of central bank of china had been published in last days of march month. According to him SDR can become best sovereign reserve currency in place of American Dollar. After this, special study of group of UNO has also recommended the same policy. American finance minister TIm Githaner had also given such suggestive remark that SDR should have got such big role. After remark of Githner, value of dollar had decreased. However he had managed  situation created due to his remark. In Meeting of council of  group of 20 held in London, American president Barrack Obama has raised the limit for granting of loan in SDR amount by 250 millions dollars.
Birth story of SDR

SDR was created in Bretain woods currency system or for giving weight to regime as a supplement. Dollar value was connected with gold deposits. This was linking system for Britain woods currency system. In 1971 American President Richard Nixon had break the link of dollar with gold and allowed dollar to float freely in currency Market. But value of dollar decrease and Special Drawing rights (SDR) was created as a global reserve currency. In beginning of 1980 decade, president of federal bank of America Mr.Polvoulkar had considerably increase the interest rate to arrest the rising prices. Due to increase in interest rate, foreign countries had again attracted towards Dollar, and started their reserve holding in dollars. Hence importance of SDR as reserved fund had vanished slowly. From that days American dollar had become currency of reserve fund stock. and dollar has been recognized as secure reserve fund for cost. In olden days gold used to stored as a reserved fund, in the same manner, to protect themselves from global financial market up & downs, critical situation &  in securities, all countries in the world, are storing their reserve fund in dollars.
Same situation prevails today also. As dollar has acquired the status of global reserve currency, America has gained the confidence, due to this, provisions in financial budget of America has increased up to 2000 millions dollars and route cause of this lies in this unequal budget. In this regard, noble prize winner economist and SDR lover Mr. Josef Stieglitz comments that since world’s demand for American dollar has taken the place of demand of American industrial goods & services, which has lead to the deficiency in American international market.
Although there is a decrease in productivity & production capacity in America,  America was getting a foreign exchanges in place of dollars due to which there was an uninterrupted supply of loan for purchases of homes.
Due to this, conclusion is drawn that if global reserve fund of dollar is changed in to SDR then global economic management will be balanced. Then country like China will not get encouragement for getting profit while trading with America.
Famous English Economist always expressing the thoughts on this , route & every importance economic crisis during this economics recession goes towards Mr.Kens.
In 1930 Mr.kens has placed concept of supreme international currency before world first time. They were making Improvements in their ideas during their period of economic turmoil, commotion. While making good changes, they were suggesting different & wonderful names to their imaginary currency. They suggested the names as drawer, Bankor.

After second world war in world conference held in 1944, in the town of Britain woods in American state newham shan, friendly nation fixed the general outline of global economic management and  given a definite shape. In council of group 20 meeting held recently in London, it has been decided to create SDR of 259 billions of dollars. Welcoming the decision, Mr. Stiglitz said, this is a long jump in case of IMF. This would be used for creating global reserve fund.
In this way although step has been taken to create SDR currency, still no blame is being given to Mr. Obama American president for ending the regime of dollar. In reality, dollar will move neatly in the world controled by SDR. But there will not be any dollar regime.

In addition Yen,Euro,Van currency  will also not become medium for supreme currency. America should hope, this may be good step for future of dollar

The proposal put up by American president Obama regarding changes in tax system, is a sign or design of self centered Leadership in Washington. Proposal, Agenda, which was discussed in group 20 meeting of countries held in London, and consensus was arrived at, is being nullified by this proposal of America. Changes in tax system will lead to decrease in awarding  contract to Indian Industries. Due to aid of billions of dollars to bail out American companies from economic crisis, has resulted in emptying of treasury.
So how to fill up the treasury, Is a question which is giving trouble to president Obama. American administration has put up the proposal for increase in taxes on those American companies which are outsourcing their work from the developing countries like India due to cheap labour and less taxes. President Obama is saying that this proposal is put up due to evasion of taxes and due to shun of responsibilities of paying taxes by the companies. But why same administration failed to prevent the loss due to misappropriation of funds by financial institution and banks.
It will take time for implementation of new proposal as it has to be passed by senators. Big companies like Microsoft, IBM and non IT companies has already spread their net work in developing countries. and due to this proposal, big companies had to restrict the outsourcing work to free them from extra burden of these taxes.  It will have its indirect effect on these companies which are already under cover of economic slow down. There is a danger of addition in increase of unemployment. This proposal is put up with the object of increase in revenue and increase in local employment .
President Barrack Obama  also wants to show that that he has full filled promises given during election.   What role these companies and their pressure group which are already under economic crisis, will play, is remain to be seen.
Many questions will arise after proposal came before senate for discussions such as weather provision made in proposal  will become mild, income received from taxes, benefit which will get from increase in employment and loss due to restrictions on industries, will these be equated in long run, or will be put to loss and profit will remain to be seen.
All these days, America was criticizing the policies of  developing countries which were protecting their own farming and local industries.
America which were giving advice to remove taxes and open the local market for other countries, now its version that no Bangalore, is totally wrong. Taking lesson from this, Indian industries, technologist, should increase their working capacity and Quality.
In India, there is only 4% of information technology which is prevailing but if  it increases to 10%. then there will not be need  for depending on western countries and will also lead to the increase in employment.

In Pakistan there is a wrong psychology about terrorism. Due to this, war against terrorism is a subject matter of America and not of theirs, is the only psychology which is being routed in Pakistan. and there is increase in tendency for inclusion of terrorist on their side, instead of fighting a war against terrorist. Middle grade officers in army of Pakistan, presumes that terrorist are Muslims, fighting for achieving a very big target. Due to this counter working against terrorist is not occurring in Pakistan, this has also been said in the article.

Two attacks in a week : Mehsood
Over all in charge of Tehariq A Taliban of Pakistan has given warning that self suicidal bomb attack twice in a week, will continue to occur in Pakistan unless America stops its drone attacks on Pakistan. 12 peoples were killed in recently occurred suicidal bomb attack on police training academy near Lahore. Similarly semi military base near Islamabad have also been attacked recently.
Companion of Mehsood Hakim Mulla Mehsood has demanded that Pakistan should withdraw military from north east frontier Province.
